TerminalX stores the following data locally on your device:

SSH connection details (host, port, username)
Saved passwords (if you choose to save them - encrypted locally)
SSH private keys (stored locally)
App preferences and settings

All data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
Data Transmission

The only data transmitted from the app is your SSH connection data, which is sent directly to the SSH servers you configure. This communication is:

✅ Not accessible to us or any third parties

Permissions

TerminalX requires the following permissions:

INTERNET: Required to establish SSH connections to remote servers
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: To check network connectivity before attempting connections

These permissions are used solely for SSH connectivity and are not used to collect or transmit personal data.
Third-Party Services

TerminalX does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. Your usage of the app is completely private.
Data Security

We take security seriously:

Saved passwords are encrypted using industry-standard encryption
All SSH communications use encrypted protocols
No data leaves your device except for direct SSH connections
We recommend using SSH key authentication for enhanced security

Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

You can delete individual connections at any time
You can clear all app data through the Settings menu
Uninstalling the app removes all stored data
There is no cloud backup or remote storage

Childrens Privacy

TerminalX does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is designed for technical users and is not directed at children.
Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app with an updated "Last updated" date.
